When goods are placed in storage at Goudriaan Transport, the Physical Distribution terms and conditions apply.
For national transport, the AVC conditions are used. AVC stands for General Transport Conditions and relates to mutual general conditions for transport.
For international shipments, Goudriaan Transport applies the CMR terms and conditions. CMR stands for Convention relative au contrat de transport international de Marchandises par Route: the international convention on the carriage of goods by road.
